This version is also coming to PC and there's an upgrade plan for Xbox 360 State of Decay owners which offers a 33% discount on State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition, but they will need to take advantage of it by June 30. State of Decay finally has a release date on Xbox One, and it's coming to the console via the Year-One Survival Edition.
